Soon to S4Rs owner in Southern California

Hi All:

I just put down a deposit to hold an 2007 S4Rs and will be picking it up next weekend.  I AM VERY EXCITED!! However, I'll dropping it off at a shop to have the bike inspected, get an oil change, have the brakes bled, belts changed, and get a new battery installed.  That said, I won't get a chance to really ride the bike until in about two weeks. 

I have been dreaming of owning a Monster for many years and now it's time.  The bike is an 07 model with 3,600 miles.  I will be the third owner of the bike.  The only modifications to it are a fender eliminator kit and a Termi exhaust.  The only negative is that the bike did not come with any service records.

I currently ride a 2004 Honda 599 and this will be my second bike.  I hope to learn a lot from this forum and contribute some.
