The shed, the bikes, the snags, the hospitality were all stunning. cheers guys that was a great day. Good ride back too, not a single car to pass the whole length of the old road.

I have to say I really enjoyed following Mark on the twisties
you ride that road very very well Mark , I have never followed you there before and its
clearly your back yard    [Dolph] [thumbsup]

Thanks Dez ... I have ridden that road before. But I know I am not a good leader ... I had to keep checking my speed so my 'pace' was all over the place.

Oh and I apologise to all for my crappy traffic management ... we all survived though, so that's a good thing.

I would like to send a special note of thanks to the following members for making the effort to come along:

  • Andy55
  • Lukevo
  • Hambo
  • Rendang
  • Rod796
  • Two Dogs
  • Paul
  • Six95 & Mrs Six + 347.5
  • Rob S

The Boss has had a pretty rough time of things recently (I definitely don't help) ... but she has put a lot of effort into her shed (over a considerable period of time). It has meant a lot to her and wanted to celebrate its 'opening' with her mates. So despite all your other commitments I thank you for making the effort to be part of it for her.

Special thanks to Rob (and the cook) the cakes seemed to go down very well.

Also a special mention to Six95 who in making the trip up on his pushie became the only member to attend both Jukie's recovery BBQ and her shed opening. I have to say little 347.5 doesn't seem to mind a bit of engine noise.

The weather turned out just about perfect (I was fretting all week) ... anyway thanks again everyone, hope you enjoyed yourselves.

Thanks for the do Betty and Jukie (and Robs  for cup cakes)

Came away from said BBQ with a stomach full of  good tucker (cooked to perfection) and cake.

Also now have a very serious case of shed envy, also a great ride with some very nice Ozmo folk

Brilliant day all round  :)

Somehow I think "shed" is not quite appropriate
more of a shrine or a luxury motorbike weekender. [thumbsup]

Can I book the S2R in ? she needs a holiday from my shity salt encrusted
beachside carport with its low rent bike cover . [cheeky]

Six95

Thanks for the special mention. Much appreciated.
Yes, the shed is really a blinged up granny flat display home.........Very inspirational to get mine finished.

Great barbs and good too see old and new faces.

Pushie Stats:
59.6km
2:00:29
Ave 29.8km/h ave speed.

I think I contributed to 1% of the HP and ate 90% of the food.

One small request: I vaguely recall lots of photos taken of Junior Burger on the Lamby? Would anyone have any to send me please?

Thanks

i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.
