Not really, but kind of... It does send a small pulse in to the muscles to stimulate activity.

Lol Teff.. I was considering painting my nails as I had my leg in one of those moon boots for about a week.
Back to just an ankle brace and normal shoes now..

It's nothing too sinister... I snapped two ligaments in my foot (grade 3) whilst playing basketball two weeks ago.. No other damage (luckily), so it's a reasonably quick rehab (under 2 months).

...This was the day after the injury...
