The burger thread

I made burgers for the first time in a long time yesterday and they came out awesome.

2-1/2 pounds of beef (93/7)
A bunch of diced onion
fresh parsley from the garden
parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Cajun seasoning

Amazing.

I'm about to try making an eggplant parmesan burger. Basically one of the above burgers topped with a piece of eggplant parm

What are some killer burger combos you've come up with?

We make a volcano burger 821 cafe. It's stuffed with fresh mozzarella and topped with buffalo sauce and fried jalapeño.  We have gotten some love for our Brent burger as well which is a 1 lb burger between two grilled cheese sandwiches for buns...

Ground Sirloin
Diced garlic
Sundried tomato
Tomato paste
Basil
Shredded Mozzarella and Parm

Mix all ingredients together and grill to your liking.
