8 ounces of the best filet or tenderloin you can find.
Grind it.
Mix in some diced garlic, ground sea salt and fresh ground black pepper.

Grill over a medium flame 7 minutes per side.

Enjoy.

I also like to grill up a burger and fry up a egg and let them mate on the bun.

I am pretty simple with my condiments. Red onion, a touch of mustard, some dill pickle slices and maybe some leafy romaine.

I miss my Weber (charcoal) Kettle,the gas grill just can't quite do as good a job.
