'06 S2R 1000 vs '07 S2R 800

I have an 07 S2R 800 and love it but looking back if I had the opportunity to get the 1000 I definitely would have. You won't regret it

So I checked it out this morning. Very nice bike! The gas tank had no signs of expansion, tires with ~1000 miles, very clean. I was able to talk him down to $5400 since i mentioned it needing the 12k service in about 1500 miles If all goes well I'll be the proud owner next week. What do you guys think on the price?
