OILS AINT OILS?

Just wondering what oils you all are running. Previous owner(carer) to my...um I mean (the wifes ) bike used a brand that is way up the scale of what I can get and afford down here so I was going to use MOTUL 10W-40. I know they say Shell but I hate Shell fuel so I dont wanna go the oil 
Can anyone advise if this one would be ok?

Motul is fine!! Been using it now for 2-3 years since the Shell got stupidly expensive in bike shops and maybe as a result harder to get!? 

There is an oil thread here somewhere in the Oz Monsters site with a lot of options that people are using/used!

I run cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. It's an Italian bike, after all.

I prefer a nice Swedish massage oil tempered to 2-3 degrees above body temp.
Paul has never complained.

But when he is not around I run Silkolene

from experience motul is ok but still fairly expensive
