As long as Lucas doesn't write or direct them then they should have half a chance at being somewhat OK.

I think that Disney has been able to produce some more than decent scifi movies and they can't do any worse than Episode 1. I think that, as Lucas learned the hard way, they will try to keep the story as close to the same tone as the original trilogy as possible.

They haven't done any thing like that for a long time.

He already owned it. He was already worth the value of the company. He's wealthier but not 4 billion wealthier. Poor guy.
