Ate at a restaurant called The Berkshire last night here in Denver.

It specializes in everything pork.

They even have a  [bacon] flight (premium bacon four-ways: garlic, cinnamon- chipotle, curried and balsamic) as an appetizer.  It is fantastic  [drool]
