you can sure tell the different classes apart. those guys at 8:26 were really haulin' ass!
never heard of the "solo" class before.

the scariest ride I could ever concieve is being the sidecar monkey....good stuff though!

If you ever get a chance to ride in/on one.....do it. It's the most violent scary fun you can have on three wheels.
Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

I got a chance to monkey for a couple of laps at Grattan on Doug's XS 650 racing hack.

Not on the scale of the TT (but what is?) off road side cars are pretty mental

I don't know whether you guys realize but the outfits shown in the two u-tube vids that Daryl posted are powered by 600cc engines and lap the 37.5 miles of the TT coarse at over a 100mph average.

In 2002 I had a couple of american friends come and stay for two weeks and we went across to the Isle of Man on the ferry for four days to watch the friday practise and saturday races, they were both blown away with the whole experience and I can really reccommend you guys coming over as you'll never get closer to the action.
