I just wanted to plug www.kuklaskorner.com. it's my favorite hockey blog, and is rather Red Wings-centric.

This season has been much like every one since 2009. Did Scotty Bowman play a larger role in Ken Holland's successes? It sure looks like it.

maybe i need glass's but i don't see the elbow.Thank god  Huskins brought his head up at the last minute or he'd be in a coma. The ref shouldn't have stepped in so soon, he should have let foster beat on him a little first.

Joe Pavelski, who makes a habit of embarrassing the Red Wings, gave up a weak turnover to Columbus who then scored with a minute and a half remaining in the third. This puts the CBJ well ahead of Detroit and means the Wings basically need to win 4 in a row to be in control of their own destiny, or win SOME and hope others lose.

Columbus over Detroit. Someone tell Ken Holland that making moves at the trade deadline can make your team better.

Big game tonight! Wings/Kings at 7:30. Dustin Brown will likely be suspended due to an illegal elbow on J. Pomminville last night.

Wings Win!!

We got a little help last night with San Jose beating Dallas.  We now need Dallas to return the favor and beat Columbus tomorrow night.

A win against Nashville would also help.

Tough to tell from that angle - I can't really see the elbow either but seems the folks at eye level could.
