Remember that the property is in Boca, retirement capitol of the world. Busybodies are the norm there and I generally didn't mind them. They love to badmouth people and in general can be annoying simply because they're looking for someone to vent. The main cause of my pain is how some of the board members seem to have a superiority complex. We all have the same rights. They have no more power than the owner that never goes to the meetings. These guys think that they hold our collective lives in their hands.

Well, the tenants were finally approved, minus the dog that the board simply wanted out. I hired a property manager to deal with the renters going forward. I just pay my mortgage and let them handle everything else. I'm so tired of dealing with this BS.
