Ah-ha!  So a "clutch cover" pix does exist... Now what could go so wrong with a clutch cover that you wouldn't want anyone to see it?   [evil]

And what the hell, I thought Terblanche was at MV Augusta?  Confederate isn't a bad gig but... wow, is the world ready?

Pinocchio

No, Norton (2011) by way of Piaggio (2008).

I like Confederate's bikes!  I wouldn't wish that on them...   :-[

The SS naming convention was... dropped..."

I'm not fond of primary chain drives. Every time I see one, I am reminded what a stroke of genius Dr. T's L-twin is.

It really was a great design!
The Pantah engine architecture didn't start to get phased-out until last year when the 1199's completely new design came out.

They will probably make something like them forever...
It was an AMAZINGLY long time for a design to stay competitive on the track and in the marketplace!   [bow_down]

Hmm..it's been about a decade.  Should've taken a new clutch cover pic.  [evil]

Meticulous research has indicated that this may NOT be a very good idea...   [bow_down]

Holy smoke!   :o  That's awesome.  Who's the manufacturer of the pressure plate?   Was the engine case always black?
