I read about this event in the Washington Post the last time they did it here ( think last year in the spring)...a Post reporter followed them through the night trials and I was just struck thinking how ridiculously hard this is and how utterly harsh and dumb I would have to be to submit myself to this level of abuse.

I can see the team aspect of it all and how important it is in developing those communications abilities and problem solving and evrything...but still...
