I'm on the north side and have a spare room, though there's the possibility that my job sends me out of town (it's really hard to predict when that happens, unfortunately).

I'm starting to consider just knuckling up and leaving at 3am, making the drive, fair from 9-4 and then driving back home.

Found a hotel for a reasonable rate 10 minutes away from where the fair is held.
