i've never actively disliked him, the way i do george.

i think he's immensely talented, tough as nails, and had the best year of his career in 2012.  he was really impressive last year.

and size jokes aside, i'm truly amazed at how he handles that much bike while being that small.

that said, i don't really get wound up when he wins the way i do others.  mainly bc i've never seen him display much racecraft.  he's either gone into next week or gets knocked around and finishes third.  yawn.

I don't like the little fart one bit but I have to admit he can put down some good racecraft when needed. Championship winner? Nah... not in the big boy class. Unless George and Marquez take each other out for the season. Hopefully that won't happen. Even Cal and the rest of the cannon fodder can't keep pace with the aliens. Probably not even Valle, but he will give them a run for the $$$.

I can honestly say that my bias against him has been mostly because of Puig and how Dani stood behind him when he justified Dani's actions of ramming Nicky in 2006...he didn't come out to defend himself at all....he let Puig treat him like a child and still continues to do so, like recently when Puig took it upon himself to defend Dani against the aspersions cast by Kevin Schwantz...not much from Dani himself...
