10# butt has been marinading since late last night.

I just made the dry rub.

We have a clean spritzer here somewhere.  Off to find it and fill with mop sauce.

Everyone arrived safely, and in the light.

Much easier to set up.

The downpours stopped around 6 and it was a great night.

Smoked chicken, burgers, sausage, and more chicken was had.

More fun today.

Yea, I'm fine.  I just couldn't stop it from leaking and by the time I got out it would have taken forever to get over to NH.  Classic you can't get there from here New England (especially going East/West).  Now I have to figure out what to do with this bottle of vodka by myself.  Dr did recommend tylenol, advil or alcohol for pain.

We'd especially like to thank Ddan, herm, Alfisti, and Cowboy Barbie for all the great food, coffee, and help with putting this on.

just got in, it was a great weekeend

Had a good ride down Rte. 30 in NY, the Go Pro should have gotten some good video. I got the rear tire nearly to the edge.
The video from yesterday should be interesting too. Such smooth roads in NH.  [laugh]
