Here's a video of my daily commute ... it pretty much shows my every day ride. The previous video which link I posted before showed one ride in what a ride in a good day... this one shows my ride in a normal day... going to and from the office

And great shots of the front forks doing their job.  Not sure if I've never paid attention or just not seen that angle, but the forks at work looked great.

Pretty safe bet that you have the nicest bike on your commute

It always fascinates me how the ride/drive mentality in SE Asia is so very different from the US.  "Defensive driving" requires some different techniques when traffic flows the way it does there.

It looks like an interesting challenge.  Makes me want to get on a bike next time my wife and I visit the Philippines.

Cool here's mine.  Quite boring since this is just 15 or so minutes of it.  I have another 45+ of this every single day and that's just one way.  100 mile commutes are a bit taxing on the body sometimes.

duc_fan, it is always an interesting eh, experience  I never got bored of doing it.

cokey, yes there are a lot of scooters down here. In jakarta alone I bet there are more than a million of them.

shamoo, Wow ... that's a long ride you have to do every day.. 50 miles each way, down here that would take at least 2 hours...3 hours is more likely ... cause motorcycle are not allowed in the highway or toll way.
A co-worker lives in Bogor, that's a city about 60 km south of Jakarta. He drives everyday, he takes the toll way and it takes him 2 hrs of driving to get to the office.
