I'm in the market for a new tv and was thinking of going 4K.  Anybody have one yet?

All thoughts, opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your responses  [thumbsup]

It's like I keep saying:  Those who would sacrifice a free range session for a giant beer, deserve neither free range time nor a giant beer.

i have had guys reach back and grab my crotch in an attempt to get around me. i'll either blow in their ear or ask them politely to let go of my wang.

Right now, it is a novelty because the VAST majority of media is produced in 1080p still.

It will eventually be the new standard but give it a year or two and the prices will be down to the point where it makes sense.

I have been wondering the same thing. I've got a 61" rear projection tv that I bought back in 2007.  The resolution on it only goes up to 1080i, and I've been desperately wanting a 1080p tv.  Now that 4K is out, I think I'll wait another year or two and upgrade to that instead.
