That chart is perfect, except that the winter piece of the pie should be filled in black or some other soulless color.

Well besides that one week when it was 15 & 20 below and my pipes broke in about 6 places, Its been a real mild winter here in Oregon. not too much to complain about. Its Bright and sunny today. I think its going to get up to 50 or so.
We get lots of sun in this part of the state, even if its cold. They say over 300 days of sun.

We have seasons here...

We have mud season...construction season...fourth of July...more construction...and winter.

We've gotten 10" so far, another 8 forecasted overnight.

It will be a slow drive into work tomorrow.

Brought everything today to spend the night, but they kicked us out at 1.

I wondered what the deal was up in Buffalo. I bought some steel pipe from a distributor who is supplied from the Niagara service center. Was supposed to get the stuff in Friday but he said NSC is closed tomorrow so I won't have it till tuesday. I figured you guys were getting pounded.

They're calling for 2° tomorrow at 7am.

As of now, we are at 90.6" of snow this winter here in MI.  Just 3 inches shy of hitting the all time high set back in 1880-1881.

I wanna move south......BAD.

Currently 128.8 here.

NOAA really blew the rain/snow line on this storm.

We were supposed to get 18". Instead it rained most of the night with about 3" later on.

They did get one thing right...it's getting colder...and windy.

I don't like it when its really windy.

It can be destructive

They missed it here, too.  No rain but maybe 12" of the 22" they predicted.  I'm not disappointed   ;D
