Today i worked a little bit with the wiring but mainly on the front and rear suspension, i bought also a new linkage for the chain and installed it as i did with the rear wheel and the new alloy nuts...

And the story continues as my hanger for improvement... The name of the improvement Dan Moto Exhaust!!!!

But i didn't took the satisfaction that i needed to from my cheap purchase (carbon tear apart after 100 km or less) so i modified the carbon sleeve by shorten it about 3-4 cm. I sanded the glossy carbon fiber & cheap metal and polish it with matte finish, which took a nice dark color after the temperatures went to 3 digit numbers... I reinforce the sleve by adding a narrow metal stripe under the rivets....

I also modified the rear fender and fit it to the chopped tail.. You have to place the number plate somewhere but under the seat cop said to me... :D

Look at dat ass!!!!!!! :D

Looks like Ron Jeremy got ahold of your bike here!!

Love the satin paint job on the engine covers, swingarm, triples etc. Mind telling us more about the paint? (Brand, application type, etc) great work really enjoying your build!

Thanks a lot!!!!!!! :) most of the parts were paint in the paint shop so i don't know much about the color brand, but i have paint few parts by my self like valve covers, handle bar spacers, clutch slave also other small parts and they look pretty much the same so i will upload later a photo of the two spray cans i used...
