i made a peanutbutter and bacon sandwich once...it was awesome.  i recommend toasting the bread.  in hindsight, i should have added some cheese, though.

I bet if you cook the bacon "crunchy" and then let it sit in the peanutbutter long enough to soften back up it would be the bomb!  (that trick works on turkey sandwiches too!!!)
