For the clutch slave cylinder, try Motowheels:

For the seat, I've seen external seat pads that are strapped to the seat.  I think some are gel pads while others are wooden beads.  ;D  I have a Sargent seat you might try to see if it gives you anymore legroom.

Another place you might try is Desmotimes.

check out the footpeg lowering plate for the ST and older Monster to give you an idea about an adapter plate to lower you footpeg.

Have you considered frame savers? if they are long enough, you could stretch out your legs on them cruiser style.

I don't have a ticket and hotel reservations.  Let me know what your plans are.

Are you riding all the way and back?

PS can you make dinner tomorrow?

1) My clutch arm kills after 30 minutes in traffic... is there anything that can be done about clutch pull?

Do not ride in traffic [thumbsup]

2) My throttle arm kills after a few hours... anything that can be done about the spring tension? A throttle lock of some kind would be fine on the freeway, but any riding around in the country is tiring on the wrist.

I dn't like the little plastic throttle thing, but it's cheap. I think I have an extra laying around.

I have the Throttlemeister-

With a trip to Indy looming on the S4Rs, I have to ask about a few comfort features:

1) My clutch arm kills after 30 minutes in traffic...

2) My throttle arm kills after a few hours...

there is something else you can do about that.....that hasn't been discussed yet....   [thumbsup]

European Cycle Sport in Plano had Evo(or STM) slave cylinders on the shelf the last time I was there.  AMS may have too.  Also consider removing 2 of the 6 pressure plate springs.
