Rode to school today minding my own business. Waiting at a red light I suddenly felt a very sharp pain on my neck. I screamed a little...maybe a lot. Reached back there and pulled two bees. Apparently I was stung twice. Well I found out that I'm not allergic lol but my neck was numb/sore for the rest of the day. Why does nature hate me

Spent $295 last Friday for the bee guy to come remove 7,000 ish bees that decided my jacuzzi housing was a good spot to set up shop.

Bees make my fruit and stuff grow, which makes food for animals that are tasty.

I've just had bad luck with insects coming into my helmet. I can't wait for a wasp. Lol

My cruiser riding buddy rides in shorts during the summer.  He got one way up the leg of his shorts one day.  He did quite the dance on the side of the road.

Another buddy that rides with a half helmet a lot took a bumble bee to the forehead at around 60MPH.

What kind of mark did it leave?  I've hit a bumblebee @ 40 mph with a full face helmet and it was LOUD.  Can't imagine what it would be like 50% faster without the protection.

He had to pull over, it left him woozy and with a golf-ball sized knot and red spot.

i rode once with old jeans which had a hole in the right knee.  somehow a
wasp flew right up the hole and hit me 5 or 6 times before i was able
to pull off the road and smash it by pummeling myself in the thigh.  so in
addition to the stings, i had a big bruise.

pollinating bees are awesome.  not so sure about wasps.

Agreed. Ive been stung by bees, wasps yellow jackets more times than I know.

Took a wasp right into my jacket last season.  Little bastard got me six times before I managed to smash it.  Somehow I was still able to see some of the folks around me staring as I rode down the street beating my chest....  I think they thought it was just because I was being an Alpha Male on a Ducati.......

Nothing worse than the digger wasp that got up my pants a few years ago though.  I could'a been the poster child for a specific AC/DC album.....

Oh and the gas cap in the chest from rail of the pickup in the oncoming fast lane on the freeway was a real joy.....  Glad for leathers and armor plate as it hit me right in the sternum at a combined speed of at least 130mph.....

I had this happen.  Stung me 7 times as it dropped from they neck through my jacket.  Three of the stings were in my belly button.  I too was doing the alpha male chest beating thing trying to find & destroy the little twerp.
