Hey guys!  This is Devin from Cyclesector.  I know there is a bit of confusion regarding your rearsets so I decided to register on here to make it easier to communicate with you guys.  First off, I want to thank you all for your patience and support regarding this GB.  I want to make it clear what is going on at this point in time:  Right now, most of our funds (this includes almost all of the Sato money) have been frozen due to a large transaction from one of our customers in Brazil.  There was nothing illegal or even irregular about the transaction except for the large amount billed, so please don't be worried.  We have been in constant contact with our bank and are doing our best to figure out a way to release the funds so we can make the Sato order ASAP.  We expect the funds to be released Friday, but will try to buy the rearsets in increments and send what we can get now to those who ordered first. 

Once again, thanks for your patience.  We are a very small business (2 people) and greatly appreciate your support.  Know that we are doing everything in our ability to make this as painless to you, the customer, as possible.

Thanks for the heads up for everyone, but frankly this isn't the way you should be running a business.  One random guy from Brazil shouldn't be derailing your entire financial agenda and delaying legitimate (paying) customers.  You’re telling me that you can’t smack five grand on a Mastercard or get Net 30 from your distributor?  Really?

I appreciate it’s a group buy and you guys are (apparently) just getting started here, but this is really, really not getting things off on the right foot.  I’m not trying to be confrontational but this is getting exceptionally frustrating for people who paid you for gear and now have to deal with the waiting game because of a poor lack of planning.

Thanks for keeping everyone up to date with this, I’m sure it’ll be well worth the wait â€" just avoid Brazil next time*

Just a quick FYI on the left and right height difference of the Sato rearsets

Below is the link to my original post.   To date, I have not heard anything from the distributor.  A simple response whether it was designed that way and/or a fix would have been appreciated.

make the beast with two backs that, friday every damn one of us should have tracking numbers OR the products themselves. IF they want to save face they will eat the cost and next day out every freaking pair. You burn a bunch of people on a board and it can spread quickly. But if I don't have my parts or a tracking number by friday I will be demanding a refund.

I agree with the good Dr....I wanted to freak out over this because frankly the moment that money was collected that order should've been placed and paid for. PERIOD.
