Hey guys, Devin here.

First off, I want to make it clear for those who have not yet asked for a refund that the GB price is still good for those who can wait a few more weeks.  It is not a question of whether or not you will get your rearsets, only when.

Second, I have seen the name Dan Kyle come up a few times and I think you all should know that he is our distributer.  So getting rearsets from him will be no easier than from us.   If they had the rearsets we would have finished this GB already, but apparently these rearsets are a little hard to get a hold of from Sato.

So please, if you can wait a few more weeks for your rearsets... hang in there!  We are in constant contact with our distributer and will update you as soon as we get a more solid estimated date of arrival.  On the other hand, we understand if you want a refund and will return the full amount billed for anyone who requests it.

After reading a few more posts I also want to apologize for not posting up sooner.  It has been just me running the shop for the past week and I have been doing my best to make this GB work. However, I realize that from your standpoint it was impossible to know this without any input from me.  So I want to make myself more available to you all by providing my email address: devin@cyclesector.com  This will be more effective than emailing the sales@cyclesector account which gets dozens of emails every day.

I truly hope this finally works out.  I don't want to dick around with getting refunds and getting on a new GB list, I just want my friggin rearsets.  Devin, for the remaining people on this list, it would be greatly appreciated if you updated us very frequently.

Hey guys, I'm the owner of Cycle Sector.  I just wanted to jump in here and personally apologize for this confusion.  This GB was started by a former employee and was passed on to me once it had already been posted.  We have never had a problem with availably on Sato rearsets so we didn't expect to have this issue but then again we have never sold this many Ducati rearsets. 

Like Devin explained above, we are in constant contact with the distributor and they have already agreed to let us know as soon as any Monster rearsets come in stock and are ready to ship, which should be in a couple weeks.  If you guys want to hold your order with us, we will honor the price of $460 shipped, if you want to cancel we can do that too, but we will not be able to offer these rearsets at this price again.

Again sorry for the frustration with this, but we will get this all sorted out.
