Not a bolt on.

Rotors are different bolt pattern and offset.

People have done it.

I'm going to move this to Acc&Mods.

So if I got an set with rotors them the offset could be correct for the calipers?
Or do I need to space them?

You'd need to space them unless you used 749/999 forks and calipers.

Rear axle is larger, and rear rotor is smaller diameter.

749 rear caliper hanger is a bit different, perhaps could be made to work.

Overall wheel width may be different.

A few sport classic owners have installed them.  I know the front end of those is similar to the S2R800.  On the back They used the caliper bracket from the 749/999 & made custom spacers.  I think it would need a speedo healer because of different number of bolts on the rear rotor.

Or, you could just always know that you're doing 6/5ths the speed indicated...

S4 has 25mm rear axle, 749/999 has a 30mm rear axle FWIW.
