I played beer pong with my 20 something nephews about 10 years ago...

Now that I'm home is pretty clear I need to have access to a lake where I can float and drink my bucket. What an awesome place that was.

If I recall correctly there is more than one lake where you could live that would put you in proximity to C's work and shop.
