Re-attached the right rear turn signal since the bolt decided to vibrate out!

Aside from a couple of tire scuff marks, it's fine...

Stripped out the 3mm hex, fork rebound adjuster today.   :(

To bad it did not strip out after I set the final adjustment!

Fixed exhaust leak and got autotune to work. Time to start riding so it will start tuning!

Quick spin with my daughter as pillion.

She loves my Monster! 😃

As does mine. In fact, rather than I sell it, she bought into it covering registration as part owner.

Sheared off one of the bolts holding the central tank plastic on.  It's the central one, closest to the rider (the rightmost one in the photo):

I tried an Eze-out but it just snapped.  Thankfully there are 10 other bolts holding this piece firmly in place so I have just mounted the old bolt head in place for cosmetic effect.  As far as I can tell, to rectify the situation I would need to source a whole new filler cap assembly, which sounds like a pain.

Replaced the chain and rear sprocket. Love having the quick change on the rear. Went with a nice quality DID chain rather than the POS EK that was on there before and lost o-rings left and right...

These work great with an impact driver. Just keep the impact driver in reverse the whole time. Reverse drill and then flip the bit over and use the reverse screw looking side to back it out.

It works 90% of the time

Let my Bella puttana out to breath today, still too much snow and poop out to ride. Iphone 6 plus slow mo feature is awesome, dry clutch sounds like an industrial post driver.

Detuned it for my daughter to ride. Put the stock airbox and Mikuni CV carbs back on, and tuned it. Selected some heavy steel clutch components to replace my super light clutch adding about 2 kg to the clutch. :o
Talk about reverse tuning. :P It's for the best though.

The monsters are out of hibernation!  Today, just planning for oil-change, belt-change, rear height adjustment, rear-tyre replacement, clip-on installation, headlight lowering and electrical cleanup (better job strapping and hiding cables).

Oh yeah, the jumpers are on the batteries as one of the batteries was a little light on charge and wouldn't turn over.

And I'm planning on chopping about 4" off the end of each of those termis they stick out way to far.

-Changed the oil ( had to impale the filter to get it off after I managed to strip the edges with the filter wrench)
-Installed new CRG carbon levers (fairly un eventful except the plunger threads were stripped)
-discovered a mouse used the tank insulator as a nest over the winter (I think they are replaceable)
-Put the battery back on the tender for hopefully only one more week  :'(
