I want to add things to my 2015 Monster 821 like: integrated tail light, bar-end mirrors, and maybe a new headlight. But I'm afraid of getting something that is incompatible with my bike or doesn't fit. Should I just shop directly with Ducati, or are there safe alternatives?

We have a bunch of sponsors that are great (look at the left column) for both aftermarket and OEM.  I have personally used at least three of them on multiple occasions and in every case I've been very happy with the product and the service.  I've bought everything from a chain breaker tool to new belts to a Shorai battery to a set of wheels.  Don't let the fact that they have an online website (what company doesn't?) discourage you from actually calling them---they will answer questions like "does this fit my bike?" or "which replacement clutch is better?" until the cows come home.
