New Lid - Suomy Vandal

Last week or so I picked up a new helmet, a Suomy Vandal that I found on ebay for a great price.







Helmet is very light and the fit is the best I've had, better then Shoei and Arai.  Very noisy but I wear ear plugs so it's no biggie.  So far it's been a great purchase.

Thanks!  The visor system is probably the easiest I've used, no worries about breaking or bending parts when removing/installing the face shield.

+1 on the spec-1R visor- a bit of a pain in the ass- i'm always freaked out that the side panels are gonna fly off.

Nice lid- I almost bought that one but went for the Suomy extreme Bostrom instead... Also a deal on Ebay.

I saw the helmet on eBay, the auction ended with zero bids.  I made an offer to the seller and got the helmet for $225.00 shipped.

The Iridium Gold shield was extra of course, I got that on eBay for $58 shipped.
