This is going to sound silly to some people but here goes.

I changed the brake MC. The new one is black and the old one is silver. The mechanic that did the change said the housing for the Mirrow was cross threaded from the other side (clutch side) so he had to use the old one which is silver.

So I am trying to figure out how and why the Mirrow will not screw in..

But I cannot figure out how to remove it, I am guessing maybe he could not remove it and changed it as a whole piece?

When I unscrew the bottom it does not come completely off..

And I cannot turn n unscrew the mirror because of the cable going into it will snap

I am assuming you want to change the clamp to the black one . . . right?

unplug wires
turn right to unscrew bottom, mirror should unscrew normally, unless adapter is threaded as Lh thread

if this does not work, might have a damaged thread, a wide angle pic would help

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

Yes change to black.
Where is the wires unplugged? You mean follow it to behind the headlight?
