I just can't decide if this guy is an idiot or if he's Joe cool.  He must have some type of throttle lock and he must be extremely confident that the flow of traffic isn't going to suddenly change.  Check out the traffic around him.  Seems lane sharing and passing with a foot of space is common here.  This kind of traffic makes me lean towards this guy being nuts.

I just hope that it was a stunt for the camera and not normal practice.  It isn't a matter of if, just when.  Power to the guy, but it just doesn't seem worth it.

When you do something that level of idiotic but with some level of skill, I have to agree, it borders on supercool. The 7-year-old boy in me thinks it's supercool. Unfortunately, that only lasts for about 10-secs then the real me thinks about consequences and realizes how dumb that really is.

poll?  I don't do polls.

Doesn't it appear that he accelerates as he moves over into the far lane?  I understand being able to turn in the reclined position, just gotta lean the bike.  But I don't get how he accelerates.  Perhaps he doesn't and it's just the chase car that slows down which gives the acceleration illusion.
