The front bag attaches by there being a clip(like one from backpack) which is screwed down using the middle screw of the tank under the seat. The bag then locks to that clasp and has 2 loop ties on the front which swing down around each side of the bike and through the frame and back up to the bag which you can then pull to tighten against the tank.

Simple but genius.

mister704, where did you get the tank & rear bags from? how does the front bag mount? looks like there is a strap for it, but how is that strap mounted? I'd be interested in getting this set up.

Funny how the world works but I actually got each bag from a different seller. Found the rear seat bag on a forum and then went on ebay same day and found tank bag and both were delivered on the same day.

I am a short guy and had no issues whatsoever with (1) swinging my leg over the back to mount the bike or (2) kicking the leg between the two bags to mount the bike.

As well, I had no clearance issues riding as I still was able to see the instrument cluster.

Here is the pick of the actual day I left to head to ATL from Washington DC. Had 3 days worth of stuff including a extra pair of sneakers and a pair of  flip flops. Just used the non-vacuum needed vacuum sealed bags and was able to tote much more than needed. Didnt even have to expand the tank bag.

To see full pick of how it straps onto the bike (https://i.imgur.com/zukDFlh.jpg)
