Thanks, I was right on the line of max totality on Bureau of Reclamation land on the Wind River Reservation west of Shoshoni, Wyoming.  Not another soul on the horizon and no crazy traffic getting there from Montana.  I was just shooting with my old Nikon D800 and a 200-500mm Nikon zoom.  Not really knowing what I was doing, I just bracketed nine frames per shot.  I had my older D700 with some super-wide angle lenses as a back-up.  lHere's my set-up and location.

Awesome shot.  And that is a pretty awesome spot of the state.  I used to travel through there on a frequent basis years ago.  I never minded the drive through Wind River Canyon.

Ripper shot.

What time of day was it? Ok I reread the OP, some time between 10am and 3pm.
