Not mine. It has like a 3" cap.

Nothing says "help a drunk person put more booze in me" than a three inch fill cap [beer]

For Rums, I can highly recommend Cruzan and Mount Gay.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
