[beer], tf! Been meaning to ping you about a Rat-like door knocker for a while, but 2020 has given me such a vigorous rogering with no lube so far that I've forgotten it. Soon, I hope.

Big pay cut, but still working here. Things are looking tough for my employer and all I can hope for is that we hang on and for things to turn around.

Stay safe, all.

My door knocker has graced the front door of my house for years now.

I'm not sure anyone has ever used it.  [laugh]

Maybe if I get rid of the doorbell.....
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

It's good to be back! One of the big projects I'm looking to tackle with my newly idle hands is to FINALLY get some solar power set up down at the 40 foot shipping container that will someday become the shop.

So far, Northern Arizona is dispersed and rural enough that the virus hasn't taken a real run up here, but before the Grand Canyon National Park closed it was getting a lot of traffic - nothing like it would have during a normal Spring Break season, but still disconcertingly busy for the current situation. My wife and I headed into the park a couple of times during that period, but if you're willing to avoid the trails, it's easy to have hundreds of acres all to yourself - and really, on the South Rim that's the best way to do it in all seasons. Park where nobody is, walk north, stop when the ground disappears in front of you. Getting lost would take a rather dedicated effort.  Here's the view from one of those un-trailed spots, Zuni Point:

On the plus side: some the to-do’s for the house are getting done...

Is this driving anyone else a little nuts?  I'm having some trouble.

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

I was already a little nuts.

This isn't making it any better.

Saturdays are my normal day. I get to drive to the shop and do something.

The rest of the time is just a blur. I'm up till 12-1am and don't get out of bed till like 11-12 in the morning.

I've read the whole make the beast with two backsing internet. I have things I would like to do but can't because of lockdown (bikes, mustang etc)

Wife is still working all day in the upstairs office.

I would not do well in prison, I'll tell you that.

This is a true test of mental defenses.
