A Colorado Springs motorcyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash Thursday night near Security after a car failed to stop at an intersection.
Craig Highline, 52, died at Memorial Hospital following injuries suffered in the crash, which occurred shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday. Highline, who was wearing a helmet, was stopped on the eastbound side of Bradley Road on a 1999 Kawasaki motorcycle when a 1998 Mercury crashed into the bike from behind, pushing it into the intersection. The driver of the Mercury was not found.
