Bubbles in paint job, any way to get them out?

"Sometimes" you can stick a bubble with a pin & lay the paint back down with your finger. "Sometimes"

Paint is stiff. I think if you do anything to it at all it will crack and start chipping off. Maybe you could consider sticking it with a pin like norm described, but having a bit of touch-up paint ready just in case you need to put a tiny bit on? It will probably look pretty mediocre either way. The only way this would be an improvement would be if the fixed spot were very very small.
