Shld be leaving the er in a few..  wife was having chest pains, shot up to her jaw n right arm..  all checked out fine on blood work, ekg n xray... so no one knows what it is.. last time they said it was chest wall pain..  any doctors on board?

i have....well. for the most part slept VERY well this summer. Nothing on my mind bothering me.

I made some rules nad have kept it pretty well and i think they helepd me greatly.

1) No computer usage 1 hour before bed time.
2) bed is ONLY for sleeping and making the slippidy sliddy
3) 1 serving of Tart Cherry Juice a day.

With those things combined, i can fall asleep within 10 minutes usually. I feel like a freaking HUMANBEING!!!!

However since school just started up and stress multiplied, im not sure who it will work out.

Ive been up for 22 hours now and im tired nad stil able to stay awake, but the second i hit that sack, i will pass the make the beast with two backs out! which is the 2nd best feeling in the world...to fall asleep when your sleepy that is.

if only i could follow those rules...& the "slippidy sliddy" is that what the kids are calling it these days? .... i was is san francisco all evening, just got home. my cousin is being treated at the children's hospital there for an immune deficiency disorder & things are looking pretty bleak... the hospital visit aside it was a really nice night in the city. i got in a few minutes (literally) of beach time but the ocean always improves my mood i also decided that sf has to be the monster capital of cali. i saw 7 in the span of about 10 mins & they weren't in a group! all either riding single or parked all alone.... k i guess this is enough insomniac babbling for 1 night

I have been having dreams nightly about Ratwood Manor

It is beginning to be unsettling....I hate rats despite the screen name and they are a central piece

of each dream....gotta be childhood shit coming to the surface when I am not awake to control my make the beast with two backsing mind

or down in A-ville to control the situation first-hand

Last night I dreamt the house was a 3 story Victorian tumble-down that was missing the entire front corner

and there was a squadron of homeless crack-heads living in doggy crates along the foundation wall in harmony with the rats
