sleeping problem are very hard to diagnose. Theres often many different issues that over lap and it makes misdiagnosing very common.

now as far as a sleep clinic goes, do you wanna pay?

Ive never had any healthy coverage, and when i last tried to get it(few weeks ago), they want something along the lines of $3000 a year.

btw; its 4am and im not tired.

I've been able to pass out lately. around 4am, i just knock out. I missed class last week because of an incidence with benedryll that caused me to sleep well over 14 hours. This no sleep thing is litterally driving me insane. And aftter reading this book chris suggested to me and the patient cases, it seems more and more apparent to me that i may have ADD. 

oH and guys.

if you ever get stuck on an island, and you have to stitch yourself up and you cannot find any local anesthesia, just cut open a benedryll (if you have any) and rub it in. Dont ask how I know.

I hate not sleeping. It makes me cranky and aggressive. Too bad it happens almost every make the beast with two backsing day. It gets worse before big events like trackdays. I don't sleep at all...

The make the beast with two backsed up thing is that I get weird urges. Like right now I feel like running down the streets shouting "death to the infidels" with a severed panda fetus head in one hand and a dora the explorer doll in the other. Where will I get a Dora the Explorer doll at this hour I have no idea

A past "best friend turned gf turned nightmare" (who i dont talk to anymore) kept bugging me and asking me whats wrong with me. I didnt feel like telling her my problems with not sleeping and how horrible it has gotten. After 2 weeks of nagging me over and over again, i got pissed of and told her i didnt wanna throw my problems on people and whine. So another few days of nagging, i finnaly tell her and she goes of on me telling me how i pregnant dog and whine about all my problems, and how i am dramatic about my problems.

People dont get it. nothing, NOTHING in the world is more torturing than not being able to sleep. you could have someone cut your finger off and the pain will subside after a while (or you bleed to death if u dont stop it) but if you dont get sleep when your body desperately needs it. Everything becomes much harder.

1:52am, im gonna go finish spray painting my helmet.

the other thing that makes me want to punch babies is when ppl tell you, "oh, c'mon. all you gotta do is be happy!" like it's that make the beast with two backsing easy, eh?

if I could fall asleep, don't you think I would be, instead of getting frustrated?
