I am & hv been wide awake. Woke up a week ago with a stuff neck.
Been getting worse. Blaming it on too much exercise, not enough chips.

Nothing has helped the pain. Calling the dog's acupuncturist today.

I ate a pound of bacon for lunch around 1pm...

Then I toasted bread with the bacon drippings in the pan...

Then I fell asleep from around 4ish until close to 8pm...

I have to be awake in 4 hours...

I'm screwed.

whenever I decide to drop 10 lb or so off the gut .....my spine shifts...

the lower lumbars need to establish new relationships with each other when the load stress changes....
