Not going to read through 7 pages.



but going on Wellbutrin will help you quit smoking.

I'd quit drinking prior to this as sudden dropping of drinking without "tapering" can increase chance of seizure.

I used swedish snus to quit smoking.
Before you rail this method for "just as bad" read up a bit on it and go from there.

I'm not going to use substitutes or medication.

I've lived my whole adult life trying, somewhat successfully, to avoid doctors. It's their job to find stuff wrong.

I will go and have my bp checked tomorrow and hopefully get off the medication or have it adjusted as necessary.

BTW today was a breeze so far. ;)

It's not the doctors that keep me out of the medical system, it's the insurance companies - why on earth would I intentionally deal with those monsters?

Not having insurance is the best way to keep yourself out of the system. ;)

Smoke free since 01/19/05

There's nothing terribly unique about my story.  I just did too much of the above, too often, over too long a period of time.  

If I can quit... you can too.   [thumbsup]

Never been a huge fan of either, though a glass now and then I do, 2 and I regret it.
