Looking like quite a project.  [thumbsup]

Are you running the Zards with the stock ECU and a power commander?

If so, how does she run?

BretMorris

I like what you have done with the paint job, very different and original.  If you havent already done them get rid of the stock mirrors and go Rizoma bar ends or something similar couples with billet grips.

Post some more pictures please.

I like the Zards as well but the Termis on my S4R arent too bad.

I am runing the bike with standard ecu with the power commander tpo have just released veloicty stacks for 4 valve so i have purchased them
they recommend dp modded box k&n filter for the besr results

I have gone for these grips

With these mirrors

Ohlins forks with pazzo levers (shorties)

I am away for 5 days my bike will be getting a dyno set up on thursday so i will post the pics of this and hopefuly
the bike will be ready for me ride with all my mods

08' S2R 1K   That was close  damn near lost a $400 hand cart.

Well had the bike on the dyno

Had the zards fitted, dp modded airbox and K&N filter with pc3

when he did the first run with the pc3 not connected it was running really lean, He did one run.
the final run was placed over the first run 122.2 bhp rear wheel

Then he run power over torque

A final run brought up 133.7 bhp at the rear wheel not bad for exhaust, modded airbox, filter

I have the new tpo 4 valve stacks fitted which brought the power down to 129.0 bhp rear wheel so took them off

Hey vecrtra that is really helpful, thank you.

Just confirming: you are still using the stock ECU with O2 sensor plugged into exhaust, yes? And the new PCIII for this bike? (Looks like the right part No. on the dyno sheet.)

OR is the O2 sensor unplugged?

Bike looks great in those pics. Congrats.  [clap]
