Header pipe torque

Installing a Zard exhaust on the Hypermotard.  Anyone know what torque setting on the header nuts?  Also any advise on removing the O2 sensor.  Thanks.  Tom

I couldn't find a socket that fit properly around those nuts when I installed my Zards on the Monster so I just hand tightened them and I've had no problems for the last 3K miles.

I'm thinking it's something like 25 Nm.
