Think about it just a bit more. It has nothing to do with any modifications or additions. Or a bank account.
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

I'm sure it has something to do with throttle control.  But damn man, I have been hung over all day and you are asking me to think?

Finished off the last of a six pack of Wernesgruner pilsner today. Not bad at all but not quite up to Bitburger standards.

Installed longer footpegs and massaged the exhaust heatshield bracket on the SF today...now I don't have to ride so pigeon toed on the right side...

Took a Hypermotard out for a test spin while my SC was having its safety done today.  Turns out this was the same bike that was used in the film "yes man" and had about 4500 miles of snot beat out of it.  Bike rode fairly well, but I immediately lost interest when Bill mentioned a price.  I asked him if he planned on getting Jim Carey's signature on it to sweeten the deal.   [laugh]

What the hell is it with me finding bikes down there that have some "celeb" attachment to them?

More than that, he knows I am apt to walk away and buy elsewhere.

Today: Bought some new Magpul stuff for the M4.  Also drooled on an LWRC and an SR-15 E3.

Today I fitted my R&G radiator/oil cooler guards, massaged the exhaust shield a bit more and finished up my ghetto exhaust hanger bracket... ;D

Had Will look at the front forks on the 848. The clicking/clunking in the front when braking is coming from play in the floating disc buttons. Not a whole lot to do there. Must come from the ferocious braking down from Warp Factor 5.  [moto]

Also looked real hard at my old 999. Must go have a beer or four and a smoke and think about that one. Hmmmmm.............

Did paperwork at the shop to get ready for Monday and talked to the boss about being support crew for him in next weeks Dick Evans Memorial round island bike race. (115 miles ?? and last race of the year).

Did errands and came home. I hate Saturday traffic. Just no damn fun to be had.

Hmmm...  Wonder if that would be the same sort of thing that I noticed with the Daytona.  Of course it would be braking from Warp Factor 3 on that bike simply because we all know a puny whistle-tip doesn't make it up to 5.

So, what directions did those thoughts go?
