VPC is down on Sand Island.  The apt is around 0900.  Not sure how long it takes to go through the process though...

that's right around the time I take my mid morning nap...but I guess I could forego it for a fellow Ducatista...you have an address for the VPC?

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

Trying to register the bike and get hawaii plates. Cursing the company that shipped my household goods because they didn't write the VIN on the damn papers. Now I have to jump through hoops all over the friggin island to get this thing good.

From experience with buddies that worked with DOD and DOS, they shipped their bikes/cars out of pocket and had better experiences that the ones that used the hired guns...

I bought a new bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a 2011 Daytona SE...For 2011 they actually added a few CF bits (rear hugger, muffler cover, heat shield, etc), aftermarket clutch/brake lever...and the graphics a bit different from the 2010...
...WEEEEEE!!!!!

Nice bike Mike!!  Too bad they trashed the old (can we really call it old?) one though, as black is definitely the faster color.  ;)  I still have those swingarm bobbins that I told you about as well that I can let you have for the low low price of five hundred dollars.  They even come with an Alpinestars two-piece suit.  :D  I've also got an oil filter and a jug of oil for that thing as well.  Come and get it.

And for me, today?  Found out that I'll be able to get the Duc shipped off before leaving the island, thus not having to ask anyone to take it down there for me.  Thanks to those who were going to lend a hand though.  [thumbsup]
