Weekly Sunday morning Jamba Juice ride

When I used to do century's ( out to Turtle Bay & back and then some ) my body went though all kinds of physical  & mental changes at 75+ miles. Make sure you have plenty of sports drinks & candy bars on hand. Just water won't do at that point.

I'm on the fence.  Trying not to put miles on the R12S at this point. We'll see.

He was here Sunday but will be in the Pac Northwest next weekend...I'll not be riding either as we will be hosting a dinner for my oldest grand daughter who is moving to the mainland.

OKay, it was a bit confusing for me ( understandable  ) --- it sounded like he was here but then his recent Facebook posts keep referring to the mainland, B.C. etc.  It's all good.

Yeah, I was back for one week before I left for BC last Sunday night, will be back on the island next Thursday, 5/12.

Did everybody stay dry after we split up?  The Pali Hwy was real wet in spots going up but no rain, at least when I went thru.

Had fun guys but too bad we couldn't hit all of our usual spots.
