did this for my S2R 800. scraped off the peg when i low sided during a track session.

1) the peg is riveted to the brake lever. you'll have to drill out the broken/scraped off peg.

2) i machined out a piece of aluminum as the peg. Screws, and washer sizes are also indicated. follow the dimensions (in mm) in the pic. won't go wrong.

3) after you've got all the parts stated, just slot the short head into the lever, bolt them up tightly and you're good to go. you can always apply a bit of loctite to the bolts for added strength...
