G'day,

That's excellent, you are coming at a great time and in luck as there will be an old OzMo in town and we are planning on having a big meet up at our usual place on March 24th.
It is at Bar Italia (http://maps.google.com.au/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=bar+italia,+sydney&aq=&sll=-25.335448,135.745076&sspn=41.226783,79.013672&ie=UTF8&hq=bar+italia,&hnear=Sydney+New+South+Wales&ll=-33.880499,151.158915&spn=0.018812,0.038581&z=15) which is Sydney Inner West district about 10 minutes from the heart of downtown.

You are most welcome to come along.

It totally depends on what you'd like to do.
If you look at the other thread on the board here about a visit to Sydney you'll get an idea.
But really your best friend is google when it comes to finding things for yourself to do.

You are staying right in the middle of The Rocks, Sydney most historical location.
There are so many things to do and see in the area it would take pages to list it.

Start here. www.therocks.com (//http://)

Must do from the rocks on the cheap.
1 - grab a ferry over to Manly and back - maybe go for a swim in the ocean (once you get off the ferry, walk through the plaza over to the ocean side) if the weather permits.
2 - go for a walk, from the rocks head around circular quay towards the opera house... Continue to walk through the Gardens, sticking to the water all the way.. eventually you'll reach Woolloomooloo and a place called Harry's Café de Wheels... it's an experience.
3 - Drinks at the Opera Bar (downstairs on the forecourt at the opera house).. Best to do it one night during the week so it's not too busy.. Not the cheapest, but an unbelievable view.

Ask Goldfish. He was there, but doesn't remember.

And the VFR is a large bike.

Hope you are enjoying our fair city. We've had a couple of cracker days this week.
